Released today, Looking Back, Looking Forward: Reflections on Canada’s National Action Plan on Women, Peace and Security is WPSN-C’s second publication that seeks to contribute to the debate and discussion on Canada’s global commitments and contributions to the implementation of the women, peace, and security agenda.
The contributors are diverse – academics, practitioners and activists – and their perspectives and areas of focus are equally diverse. Some look back, analyzing and commenting on the latest progress report and exploring elements in Canada’s approach to WPS issues. Other contributors look forward, identifying opportunities and options as we look toward
the renewal of the C‐NAP.
The opinions and views expressed in each contribution of the publication are those of its author(s) and do not necessarily represent the views of all Network members or the Network as a whole.
