On April 24, 2026, WPSN-C hosted a webinar exploring the critical intersections—and tensions—between Women, Peace and Security and NATO. The discussion was moderated by Dr Sandra Biskupski-Mujanovic and included Margaret Kimberley, Dr Tamara Lorincz, and Keiren McClelland.

This timely discussion brought together an exceptional panel of scholars and practitioners to reflect on how feminist approaches to peace and security engage with, challenge, and reshape traditional security architectures.

As global security dynamics continue to evolve, it is essential to interrogate how institutions like NATO align with—or diverge from—the principles of the WPS agenda. This conversation will create space for critical, nuanced dialogue on these questions, drawing on diverse perspectives across academia, policy, and civil society.
