On Thursday, June 11th, members of the Women, Peace and Security Network – Canada, as well as representatives of other invited organizations, presented prepared comments and answered questions at the Senate Standing Committee on Human Rights on the topic of an “examination of Canada’s international and national human rights obligations.”
WPSN-C was represented by Beth Woroniuk, a member of WPSN-C’s Steering Committee, and Jess Tomlin, executive director, MATCH International.
