Organising for Change: Female Staff Associations and the Security Sector

In partnership with the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF), NSI hosted a workshop and policy conference, the first such events to bring together female security sector staff association members from different regions, along with policy makers and researchers. This report highlights the outcomes of the workshop and policy dialogue, both of which focused on strengthening the role of female staff associations in security sector reform processes.
